Co-founded this site and has hosted the Circle City Certified series since 2008. Three volumes, fifty-eight distinct local artists, and a rule he enforces personally: nobody from outside Indiana appears on them. Not as a feature, not on a hook, not on a skit.

He has turned down money over this. Twice that we know about, once for an amount he would not name but described as "enough to be annoying about."

The argument he makes is that the tapes are documentation, not promotion — that in ten years the only proof this scene existed at a specific moment will be whatever somebody bothered to write down. He has been making this argument since 2007 and has gotten less patient about it, not more.
